Products and Services

We offer a combination of physical items (custom-engraved merchandise, 3D-printed tools, and utility gear) and digital design files (SVGs, PNGs, and depth maps). Because many items are handmade or custom-engraved, slight variations in color, dimensions, or texture may occur. Customers are responsible for verifying file compatibility, sizing, and hardware needs prior to purchase.

Digital Intellectual Property & Commercial License

Purchasing digital files grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to apply the designs to physical items. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital files themselves.

Custom Orders, Pricing, and Cancellations

Custom Orders: Reviewed and produced based on your submitted specifications. Custom and personalized items are generally final sale. Contact us immediately if you spot an error before production begins.
Pricing & Payment: Listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before orders process or digital downloads unlock.
Cancellations: Custom physical orders cannot be cancelled once production starts, and digital downloads cannot be cancelled once links are generated.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical products currently ship within the United States. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times, and digital files are delivered instantly upon checkout. Customers must supply accurate addresses; additional charges may apply if a package is returned due to a bad address.

Product Use, Machine Calibration & Safety

Laser Files: Because machine systems vary by calibration, focal length, and material composition, operators are responsible for running their own power and speed test matrices. We are not liable for materials damaged by incorrect machine parameters.
Physical Safety: Regularly inspect custom gear for wear, discontinue use if damaged, and follow all safety instructions.

Limitation of Liability and Privacy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magically Dunn LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
